Part One – Summer – Page 006
Man, those first days of school still make my stomach queasy. My family always moved where my dad’s job took him, and that seemed to happen every three to five years. I never got to stay in the same school for long, or know the comfort of the same group of friends. I’m not complaining though. I’d have a much harder time writing books if I wasn’t exposed to so many different places and people. My stomach is pretty nervous today too. Why? Tonight is the North American premier of the Something Like Summer movie! If you’re in Philly, you can join me! Tickets are available here. I hope to have a trailer I can share with you all soon. There will be other festival screenings too, so hang in there! Oh, and if you’re not at all familiar with the movie, you can visit the official page here.
